Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not fully satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

To start a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. After your return request has been approved, you will receive the return instructions.

Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition. This means that the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and, where possible, returned in its original packaging.

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If an item has been used more than necessary to inspect it, we may deduct any loss in value from the refund.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return request, but we may wait until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof of return shipment.

If you return your full order, we will also refund the standard shipping costs of the original delivery. Any extra costs for a more expensive shipping method will not be refunded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at [info@petalvoid.com] and include clear photos of the issue. We will help you find a suitable solution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or used
