We currently ship to the Netherlands, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

European Union: 5–10 business days  
United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway: 5–12 business days  
United States: 7–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and order value.

Track & trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply.

These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
